We put the apprentice at the heart of a multi-channel learning ecosystem.
With a variety of tools and a community of trainers connected to each other, the apprentice develops skills to constantly be learning.

100% remote learning makes it possible to create classes with apprentices from all over France.

The apprentices are present in the store and devote 1.5 hours each day to remote learning.

Our tools for apprentices

  • The lecture content is shared digitally, and mainly consists of videos prior to the training. The theoretical content is sent prior to the remote training.
  • Consultants may host virtual classes directly from a point of sale in your network. The content is operational, and the teams can immediately reproduce the professional gestures in their store.
  • Quick training sessions on coaching apprentices are devoted to tutors every month.
  • Trainers, apprentices, tutors, HR teams, and area managers are all connected to each other via a dedicated platform. They can thus constantly exchange with each other.
  • The certification process is on the platform, and our trainers approve the elements of the qualification records according to a specific schedule.
  • An in-person mock exam jury is planned in our agency.
  • An in-person seminar is used to launch the journey, explore the tools, prepare pedagogical and technological questions, and to have a memorable day!
  • A closing seminar is the occasion to celebrate wins and conduct the handover to the upcoming classes.

The certificates

CERTIFICATE: In-store Customer Advisor / Certificate equivalent to a ‘BAC’ high school diploma

12 months of training; classes can start at any time of the year
400 hours

  • 1.5 hours of virtual classes/day
  • 5 days/week for 40 weeks
  • 7h30 of video learning
  • 12 hours of individual coaching
  • + 1 week in-person to prepare for the final exam

PUBLIC: Future sales associates. All business lines.

AGE: At least 16

CERTIFICATE: Market Unit Manager / Certificate equivalent to a ‘BAC+2’ diploma certifying 2 years of higher education

12 months of training; classes can start at any time of the year
400 hours

  • 1.5 hours of virtual classes/day
  • 5 days/week for 40 weeks
  • 7h30 of video learning
  • 12 hours of individual coaching
  • + 1 week in-person to prepare for the final exam

PUBLIC: Future managers. All business lines.

AGE: At least 20
