Via an online questionnaire, an employee evaluates their level of theoretical knowledge. The employee identifies priority training sequences and thus starts building their individual training journeys that we draw up together.
With this evaluation of practices, the employee is encouraged to ask themselves questions on their various levels of knowledge of their profession. The answers the employee provides will reveal their knowledge, their own weaknesses, and opportunities for professional learning.
This then leads the employee to personalize their training journey, by taking advantage of the personal development opportunities that have been identified.
The employee may count on a ‘buddy’ to conduct this evaluation, to analyze and identify the relevant points to add to their personal training journey.
