Personality Test
Each learning experience starts with an individual personality test. This is the best way to engage teams!
A personality test is a set of questions or suggestions that are used to determine the personality traits that define the person.
The goal of the personality test is not to test the knowledge of the employee. It is to identify non-cognitive and emotional aspects of the employees.
The employee is asked to respond to questions, but not to find a right answer or to satisfy the coach. The idea is to formulate the answer that is the closest to what the employee would do or think in the situation described in the question.
The personality test is conducted online and followed by an individual debriefing with an expert consultant. This exchange makes it possible to better target the personality traits of the employee, in order to develop essential communication skills.
