We offer a professional, certified training course for managers.
This training allows managers to obtain a title equivalent to 2 years beyond high school equivalency.
It is aimed at anyone with more than two years’ experience in sales. The goal is to develop the skills of a sales outlet manager, department manager or store manager.

Managers or future managers are generally people with valuable experience in the sales area. The certification offers them the opportunity to validate their skills and transform them into a recognised diploma.
The certification enhances the person’s experience and abilities and consolidates his or her career within the company.

The managers complete a self-assessment “What kind of manager am I?” before and after the course.
In this way, they can judge for themselves their qualities and the areas on which they should work. In addition, this same test carried out after the training highlights the progress made during the course.
An action plan is then drawn up and implemented in their store.
The training course ends with a test in front of a jury of professionals. A professional portfolio is produced with the support of a certified coach. A seminar at the end of the session is held for all the managers. An emotional graduation ceremony!
