“A certification course is primarily a class dedicated to your brand which, for several months, will live a unique experience: business modules, experience sharing, discovery workshops and a test before a jury.

Each employee is given a self-evaluation before and after the course to determine his or her personal level at the beginning of the course and his or her progress afterwards. In this way, the participants understand how far they have come. They draw up an action plan to be implemented directly on the sales floor.
