Preamble

Training modules for managers, title BAC+2 Manager of Merchant Unit.

Prerequisites

This course is aimed at anyone between the ages of 22 and 30 who wishes to develop the skills of a sales outlet manager in alternation with the preparation of a title.

Modality Assessment

This training includes a permanent evaluation of skills by our agency and the host shop teams.

In-training evaluations take place every quarter.

A final jury validates the title.

Terms and Access Delays

The training lasts 400 hours spread over 12 months. Classes can start at any time of the year.

The training consists of 1.5 hours of virtual classes per day, 5 days per week for 40 weeks, 7.5 hours of video learning and 12 hours of individual coaching.

In addition, the course includes 2 weeks of face-to-face training to launch the course and prepare the final jury.

The course is aimed at the following groups: future managers, all sectors of activity.

A minimum age of 22 is required.
