We have the capacity to deploy training internationally, in any region of the world, based on the needs expressed by our clients.

The first step is to adapt the training to the local specificities. To do this, we take into account the demands of the teams in the region, the needs expressed by the company’s head office and the constraints related to the commercial activities in each region.

We deploy with local teams

We work directly with local HR and retail teams to coordinate operations. We coordinate not only with regional stakeholders through our central teams, but also locally through our network of coaches and facilitators.

During the implementation of each project, we consider the operational constraints of the region to ensure the planning of the training.

Our experience allows us to manage the constraints in terms of priorities, budgets and cultural considerations. These are key success factors for such projects.
