Intersession Work

Intersession work multiplies the effectiveness of training by 4, and builds momentum for the next stage!

Alternating theory and practice is at the heart of all pedagogical methods.

During the intersession work, employees are encouraged to use the concepts, principles, and methods acquired during the virtual classes.

With a virtual centralised training management tool (Teams), each participant has access to tests, business cases, role plays, video quizzes, retail itineraries, and more.

The teams may prepare their work with help from a coach if necessary, and with their ‘buddy’, who is a training partner.

At the next virtual class, everyone is involved in debriefing the results. This is a participatory way to introduce the next sequence.
