A pragmatic management and leadership programme

PaulineHow we immediately reworked the content of the programme to make it more concrete, more pragmatic and more direct.

The company

A French luxury house with an annual turnover of 5.9 billion euros.

The need

Adapt a management training programme for retail managers.

The context

The brand wanted to adapt an existing management programme for retail managers in France. The existing training programme was very dense and theoretical and therefore not suitable for people working in retail.

Training programmes

texageres immediately proposed to rework the entire content of this programme to make it more concrete, more pragmatic and more direct.

The training method had to be more proactive, with lots of role-playing and feedback. The role-play scenario was specifically designed for the retail population, so that shop managers could practice a situation based on their daily experience.

The programme was a success, with 91% of participants very satisfied with the training.

To continue this positive dynamic, texageres built a second module in the continuity of the first.

This new programme was deployed one year after the first programme, and dealt with more complex situations, notably the evolution of managers into leaders.

These two training programmes were a real success and inspired other departments in the group.

These programmes are now being adapted to the different departments of the company.
