In 2012, the company’s art department needed its retail teams to be trained on the new brand signature.

texageres has designed a training programme in the image of the brand: bold and creative.

In order for the sales teams to understand this new commercial signature, texageres presented the sale from 4 angles: emotion, communication, precision and commitment.

The training method is a mix of creativity and pragmatism.

To reinforce the effectiveness of this programme, texageres designed a module to help managers train their own teams in this new sales signature.
