Who is Solène Groleau ?

With more than 20 years of experience in administrative and project management functions, Solène manages the administrative and financial organisation of texageres.

Solène is in charge of HR administration as well as relations with clients and partners in order to optimise the agency’s management.

2020 - Berlitz

In a context of reorganization after a takeover, Solène participated in the reorganization of this language and cultural training organization and restructured the Order to Cash part.

2019 - Onela

As Billing and Collection Manager, Solène manages a team of 10 people to ensure the collection and billing of the company.

2017 - Sofren Group

Solène ensures the implementation, administration, verification, improvement of all the Back-Office services: Sales Administration, Human Resources and General Services.

2013 - Okavango

Solène is in charge of the administrative management of the firm and its Spanish subsidiary: sales, treasury, commercial performance and legal administration.
